"Nice stay, the staff was incredible. However, for a Four Seasons property it was ok. It needs upgrading, and our room was small. But the service and location was top notch. The sauna, steam room, pool area and rooms need upgradating."

"Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from and some were more interested in taking a smoke break than helping. The hotel overall is great but be conscious of the valet team if you don’t have a premium car."
