"We have stayed at the Catamaran several times. The Pacific Beach area is great, and the catamaran is at the foot of many excellent restaurants and bars. Right next to the beach, and great staff and lovely grounds. The bar and bartenders are awesome."

"Wonderful mission beach stay! The room had a great kitchenette and small dining table/chairs. Super close to the beach. We rented the free bicycles and rode up the coast which was super fun! Private hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day."

"We had a wonderful stay. Carolyn was an amazing host. The location is great. All restaurants and Belmont park are walkable. We cook a lot so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We had grandparents with us so the stairs were a bit rough for them but everyone was happy with the accommodations. The outdoor area is perfect to sit and eat around the fire pit. We come every year for Christmas and this house was perfect. "

"This is a beautiful house in a great location just a very short walk to the beach. We loved the beauty and comfort of the home and the well stocked kitchen. We loved the wagon, chairs, boards, and sand toys in the garage. Our whole family agreed that we would happily stay here again next time we visit Mission Beach. We drive a minivan and backing in to the parking spot was doable but tight. Don’t attempt with a large SUV. "

"Outstanding! I was able to easily communicate with the host. The home was well stocked with beach supplies and towels, although we did not use much of it this trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to provide big meals for our crew. The home is literally a 30 second walk to Mission beach! Since I had to work, I noticed the WiFi was wicked fast - something that is rare with VRBO rentals. We had a wonderful time and will definitely re-book the next time we visit San Diego."

"We really enjoyed our stay and loved the home. Everything was as described, and we would definitely consider staying again.The only thing to be aware of is the split floor plan. While it is noted in the listing, we didn’t fully realize how close the shared spaces would feel when another unit is occupied. There is limited privacy when using the outdoor areas, and some normal noise from the unit above can be heard. This didn’t cause any issues during our stay, but it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind.Overall, a great experience, and we would happily return—especially with friends or family renting the other unit."
