Ocean Front On Beach! -2 Master BR, 2 Full BA, Patio!, AC, Parking, Close to All

  • Contemporary ground floor Ocean Front condo with patio on the ocean boardwalk. Quintessential indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Managed by seasoned 5-star Premier Partner host. Ground floor Ocean Front condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Step right out onto your patio lounge above the boardwalk. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably in two large bedrooms and living room. Six beds in total. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The condo was just filled with new furnishings. Easily accessible by family of all ages. Main entrance with no stairs. Beach entrance with just a couple stairs. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent. Comes with parking for a good sized vehicle. Additional parking available is available in a public lot reasonably close or sometimes at a neighbors for a small fee.

Great Location!

Place is really spacious and close to everything! Had the best time with friends... looking forward to our next visit! Would definitely recommend! (Beds super comfy, bathrooms spacious, nice kitchen & nice grill & propane firepit on deck which we're used daily!) Can't forget the beautiful sunsets!

Great Location!

Can’t beat the location if you want to be on the beach with a 2 minute walk to Belmont Park. The unit is a bit dated but the beds were decent and the AC in the main bedroom was nice and cold. Could use more hooks to hang towels and suits. Water pressure was great.

Location, location, location! And what a great one! There is a lot to do within walking distance ( most of your necessities)! The owner was great to deal with. We miss our short lived “beach bum life”. What a great Honeymoon! It was wonderful!

Beautiful and Peaceful Setting

My family and I truly enjoyed the setting of sitting outside watching the ocean (and people watching) at all times of the day. We enjoyed going for a walk/run; and truly appreciated all the local shops and restaurants. My only complaint was struggling with the sliding door. I don’t think I would have been able to get it open without help from my husband. Other than that, we would love to return sometime in the future.

Awesome place to stay next to Belmont Park

We had party of 5 stay here for a few days in July. The location is awesome and amazing!!! Being able to rent roller blades from a location 2 minutes away for the day and glide around the boardwalk is something I will remember for sure. The condo was perfect for us. 3 Adults and 2 children (11 and 5). My wife turned 40 at the condo😊. We had some local friends come by and hang out with us at the beach and everyone left wanting to come back. For the grill it worked great but we needed to do some deep cleaning. As a guest staying perhaps cleaning it a bit before heading out would help the next guest (at least the burgers and stuff at the bottom). My family loved this condo and did not want to leave. That is always a good sign of an owner that cares. Eric (aka Rick) was very responsive and pleasure to speak with. He cares about his tenants and wants all of us to have a great time enjoying the beautiful beach!

This was in a perfect location! Beautiful oceanfront views, boardwalk people watching, Belmont Park nearby, and multiple places to easily walk to for food and drinks. The property host Eric was very responsive the couple times we contacted him. He was quick to take care of the minor issues we encountered. We'd definitely like to come back again!

Awesome location!

Had a great stay here. The location cannot be beat and the parking spot is a bonus. Watching the sunset from the patio was the best part of our stay. Very clean place and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. Literally on the beach and a block from the roller coaster, restaurants, and bars. The property is comfortable and clean.
