"Upon check in there were two guest stuck inside an elevator,. We had requested a late check out for 1:00pm and they locked out the key at 12p’, and when we approached the front desk they were very rude and unprofessional with how they handled the situation. There was a large group of people partying in the room adjacent to ours until 4am, we had to call the front desk to have security sent to the room. I was here for a business meeting and had to be up at 7am. It was my first and last visit, I will definitely not be returning here. Not worth the money. "

However, small things like dirty elevator floors, loud traffic noise at night and very low pressure shower were things that took a star off for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Very good."
