The toilet ran all night. On the first day there was a garbage right by the elevator that sat there from when I arrived and was still there when I left. On the second day dirty sheets sat outside of rooms from when I got home at 5 pm and were still there when I left at 10 am. Just didn’t give me a comfort of cleanliness. When I checked in I waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear to do check in.

While quiet time was set for 9PM, there were hoards of kids running up and down the hallways being obnoxious and carrying on. This was well after 1030PM as their parents gathered in the lobby (presumably a hockey or basketball team). Tried contacting the front desk three times with no answer… my husband finally went down and asked them to do something about the noise. He was told they would send security up. Did not get any quieter and it was next to impossible to get into a deep sleep.
