"Nice big clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff - very helpful friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of options (crepe station mashed potatoes home potatoes sausage bacon eggs parfaits fruit sandwiches beans smoothies donuts croissants...). We only received two passes so we had to pay for our third party (child) but it was under $20. Arrival andthe parking situation was a bit chaotic and confusing but seamless after a few initial hiccups. The area surrounding the hotel is sketchy (most of downtown kw is) so keep that in mind if you wanted to walk around. We stayed for a concert and the Center in the Square was less than a 5-minute drive away, super cheap Uber. Definitely recommend!! "

"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Heating worked well, and despite being close to the highway, I didn't hear a thing. Definitely would stay again if I am very down that way. "
