"It is a beautiful hotel, drink prices at bit high, $24 plus everything has a service charge added to tab around 15 to 20 percent. Mini bar same deal ."

"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and well maintained. You can tell the team pays attention to the details. I also appreciated how organized the housekeeping staff was — even though I was coming and going at different times throughout the day, they always found a good moment to clean the room without being disruptive. The only downside was the package policy. Unlike other hotels in the same area and of a similar level, this hotel charges guests to receive packages, including fees based on the package weight, which I found disappointing. I also had an issue with one delivery. Even though I had a photo confirming that the package had already been dropped off at the hotel, it took more than 24 hours for it to be located and delivered to me. I had to follow up several times and push for the staff to actively search for it before it was finally found. To make matters more frustrating, I was still charged the package handling fee despite the inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. My recommendation for future guests is to have packages delivered to a nearby locker or alternative pickup location instead of the hotel. If the package handling process were improved, this place would easily be a perfect 10/10."

"Que dire de ce merveilleux hôtel ! Parfait en tout point! Quand on est arrivé, on a une belle surprise d upgrade de chambre ! Juste wow comme belle attention avec bouteille de vin inclus 💚 la suite était spacieuse avec vu partiel sur la mer ! Belle grande suite avec chambre à part, belle grande salle de bain et cuisine complète avec salon! On dirait un appartement! Le personnel est gentil et l ‘hôtel est face a la mer! Nous avions inclus aussi chaises et serviettes pour la plage! Le boaldwark est en face aussi ! Le roof top est génial pour se baigner ou manger ou prendre un verre. Tout pour passer des super bons moments ! Nombreux restaurants aux alentours que ce soit du côté du canal ou du boalwark! Je le conseille fortement je lui donne un 💯 et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
