"The pool was under construction and could not use it"

"We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. We were upgraded to a better room due to ours not being ready yet and it was beautiful. Staff couldnt have been any better! Bathroom and shower was amazing too! "

"Don’t be deceived by the fancy lobby and fancy looking furniture. The hotel is far from clean. As soon as I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness is a serious issue. The bathroom sink and surrounding area had pink residue buildup and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The entire bathroom felt dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom wasn’t any better, the curtains were covered in dust and looked gross, and the whole room just felt unclean. The bedsheets had visible blood stains on them. I had to go down to the receptionist to request a replacement and no apology or nothing was given. The breakfast was probably the only normal thing about this hotel but overall, the room hygiene was unacceptable. Never again. "
