"The location is beautiful, the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a good holiday. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only rel problem we had seems to be the drainage. We arrived at the property, after collecting the key from the office in isla, and found all the doors and windows open. It soon became apparent this was because the bathroom upstairs smells quite badly. What's not evident is whether it's a problem with the whole building infrastructure or just this...

"Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos."

"On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. "La casa está ubicada cerca de la zona de la ría de Ajo. Estás a 20’ andando del pueblo o 3 en el coche. Es una zona tranquila. Nosotros íbamos con perro y tener la ría tan cerca era un plus. La casa está bien, es cómoda y está bien ubicada. Lo único malo es que tiene una casa al lado y otra arriba y se escucha todo. Y por otros lado, en la casa no encontraréis gel, jabón platos… bayetas, trapos de cocina… Para mi, esto es un contra ya que para una semana tienes que adquirir todo"

"Alejandro, was brilliant, very attentive, 'Topman!!' Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"Stayed one week in this beautiful large apartment just a short walk from central Santander. Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bus network to get around with estop just outside taking you to El Sardinero. Would recommend apartment as it's close to centre of Santander but not so that it is too noisy. . Mar was an excellent host"
