"This building/hotel is stunning to look at and stay at. The hotel begins on the 25th floor and our room happened to be on the 31st. We were able to pick our room and got the view of Tokyo Tower. The room is very comfortable and has a little fridge, hot water kettle and mugs for coffee and tea. We enjoyed our meal at the hotel and they have a lovely lounge area as well. It's fairly well located off of the metro line as well. The only drag-back is that it's location is within a business center so alot of tall buildings but not alot of local restaurants in that exact area. Still I would choose this hotel again. "

"Our room was small but quite sufficient as we were out most of the time. The bathroom was small but served it's purpose well. Our room, though on the 9th floor, was on the railway side so you could hear the trains. An easy solution, sleeping was earplugs. The a/c was perfect and allowed for a cool room for sleeping. This property was convenient and getting the train was a short walk to Shiodome Station. Hamankyu Garden is worth a stroll and very close by, entry is ¥300. The staff were all helpful and happy to assist. "

"Nice, clean, friendly. Good location. 5 minute walk to train station and restaurants. Only negative is no in-room coffee. You have to go downstairs to use their coffee machine that opens at 7a). Other than that, i give it a “thumbs-up”."

"Breakfast was fresh and offered may options. Room was clean and spacious for Japan standards. Staff was very accommodating and went above to confirm the address for our next hotel to send luggage. No complaints other than washer/dryer combo would not dry our clothes. After running the dryer 3 times we had to hang out to completely dry. Overall we had a nice stay and hotel was located in a great location."
