Great hotel, great location, great amenities
Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour

Anna and Mehmet took care of us with the greatest customer service. Nothing was too hard for them to organise and they were so reliable. The ladies in the Stay clothing & jewellery section and the taxi
Helpers in the front were amazing. Anna organised Hammam and spas for us, trips etc… she was so reliable and was spot on with her organising. She would check with us personally the next day if all went well. I have flown out for over a week and wanted to buy the pillows which were best pillows...

Staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Room was super comfortable and I would definitely book again.
Receptionists were the highlight of my trip. I couldn’t handle the lights of the room and they went to buy me a small lamp. Super recommended !!!

Great hospitality, quick check in process. Batul was accomodating to our requests and assisted us with upgrading to a spacious family room for a family of four.
We will definitely come back ☺️

I read some reviews before coming and honestly didn’t expect the location, the room, and the staff to be this good. It really exceeded my expectations. For the price, it was truly a great experience!

This hotel was perfect. The location was excellent for shopping and walking distance to everything. I felt safe and comfortable as I was travelling alone. The house keeping was exceptional. My room was cleaned every day and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and respectful.
Ayhan at the front desk was amazing. He was so welcoming, caring and helpful. As I was travelling alone he gave me great advice on where to go, where to eat and set me on an adventure every day for something to do. He...
