"The resort and the check-in staff on Saturday were wonderful, and we had a great first day. The waterpark was a big hit with our two toddlers and they absolutely loved it. On Sunday morning, however, our experience was very different. We went to the front desk to ask if we could pay for a two-hour late checkout. The waterpark doesn’t open until 10 a.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m., so we were hoping to have breakfast and let the kids swim for about an hour before leaving. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and abruptly told us there were no late checkouts available. The way it was said felt quite rude. Because of this, we didn’t get to use the waterpark at all on Sunday, which was really disappointing for the kids since they had enjoyed it so much the day before. When I booked, we were told the waterpark could be used both days, so this was frustrating. While the Saturday check-in staff were excellent and welcoming, the interaction Sunday morning left us feeling disappointed. Overall, it took away from what could have been a great family stay."

"Would it kill you to put down a rug? Staying for a night wouldn't impact me much, but staying for five days in such a hard, sterile environment took a toll on my comfort level. Ceramic tile everywhere in the room. WIFI was horrible and when I called to complain, she gave me a number to call to get them to fix it. The number called was repeatedly busy. I gave up. Breakfast is ONLY the buffet and it's $20. I wanted a coffee and a bagel which wasn't available from the coffee shop and seemed unreasonable to pay $20 for. It's "ok" but I wouldn't choose this hotel again. "
