We enjoyed the free morning breakfast(scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, sausage patties, toast jams cereals juices). The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is showing its age a little with the outside pool needing a facelift. But I would recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 night with another couple and enjoyed out stay. I definitely recommend the onsite restaurant (Wrigleys) The $12.99 lunch was fantastic,

The front desk staff, (Ritu), was very helpful. We needed to check in earlier in order to be on time for an engagement and she was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The complementary breakfast offered a variety of dishes and was very tasty. We would stay at this hotel again.

We had a really enjoyable stay and found the hotel to be a great, convenient option for our Niagara weekend! There are lots of amenities on site, including a pool, hot tub, restaurant in the lobby and even an arcade/games room, which was a fun bonus. There was also plenty of parking, which made coming and going really easy. The lobby has been newly renovated and looks fresh and welcoming, and you can see that some updates have also been made to the rooms. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable and simple — exactly what we needed for our stay. Some areas of the hotel, particularly the hallways and portions of the rooms, are definitely more dated and could use some refreshing to match the renovated lobby. That said, everything was clean and functional, and the amenities and convenience made up for the older elements. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed for a Niagara getaway. We would stay again! 😊
