I like the cleanliness of the room; the jacuzzi was clean as well. The best service for me was that they provided us with a clean towel every day during our 4-night stay. The walking distance from the hotel to the falls is also decent. I would say it is a very budget-friendly, safe option for travelers.

Clean and very nice staff. Only wish a continental breakfast was included. But the place was super nice! We also stayed at the other Ramada (falls view) and there is no comparison this one is hands down the best!

This property was extremely clean.. I had a few issues but the front desk staff quickly fixed them. Great customer service. The jacuzzi was great also.

The building is a little dated however, it was clean and so were the rooms, which is a big need to have for us. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel has all the basic essentials someone would need. You will have to pay $25 for parking, which I guess is better then some of the options around. Location is pretty good, 5 minute drive to Cliffton Hills and or the Falls... walking is also an option, about 15-20min. I would stay here again.

Be prepared to pay $30 in parking and taxes at check in. Property is aging and sine things need replacing like hallway ceiling panels. When checked in the lobby had a lot of paper wrappers and debris. Room relatively clean. Friendly staff.

This property was close to the QEW highway and not far from the Falls. There were numerous restaurants and fast food places in the area. The room was quite large and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. I just found the pillows to be too firm for me. There was also a sofa in the room that could convert into a double bed.

television went out on our 2nd day and wouldn't be fixed at all, even when checking out. we tried and still wasn't fixed. even when they sent. someone to fix the issue. but other than that. great place and stay. Really close to all the Scenery and Waterfall. Hot Tub worked great 👍 would recommend.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We booked two rooms and one of the room had a very bad smell. We asked them to take care of it, they checked the room and tried to spray but at the end the smell still was there. At the check out we mentioned this and they gave the s 20% discount. The hotel was ok but very overpriced during the labor Day long weekend.
