"Positives: Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Closet with hangers. Nice lobby in older hotel. Lobby restroom modern and large. Two elevators, no long waiting. Negatives: bathroom in our room (504) was tiny, with tub with older shower curtain, very low toilet. Bathroom so narrow my left arm hit the tp holder when sitting! No hot water in shower. Lukewarm at best. Moulding on bottom of wall near bed needs painting. Small tv on wall. Overall a good stay for one night. Could use updating."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"

"The Sheraton was very nice and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. The location was great for what I wanted to do while visiting. There were some areas for improvement. Our room didn’t have a TV remote. I had to request one. The water pressure in the shower was solid, but I would have liked more. Lastly, the AC in the room didn’t seem to make the room as cold as I wanted."

"This place is an absolute must if you are staying in NYC. Century located and easily accessible to all the big sites. The staff are really helpful and friendly and we would definitely come back again. "
