"The staff was so wonderful, Linda at the desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Rooms are big for NYC and we got a great view of the Empire State Building. It's not a brand new hotel so you don't have cutting edge amenities, but everything worked and was clean. Having a good diner accessible from the lobby was a great bonus."

"The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was updated and the bath products were a good brand. We enjoyed going to the rooftop bar, and the restaurant was convenient for breakfast with a good menu. The location was outstanding for visiting various museums as well as going to the theater. Most important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. From booking an airport shuttle for our return home to explaining what subway to take they were always ready to help. We would stay there again."
