"Clean, recently renovated, well stocked property. There's a good size grocery store near by. It has a very "not a soul for miles" feel while still having access. Barely technically neighbors on one side - you have to actually go out on the water to even see their property. There's a decent sized town 30 minutes away if you really need something like Target.
