"Clean room, great staff. Quiet location even though it’s so close to Canal and 1 block from Bourbon St."

"Staff were all very nice. However, in three nights, our room was never cleaned. They finally came at 5 pm on the last evening and because we were leaving at 5 am the next day we declined. Their policy is to only clean every other day, but they still charge a daily cleaning and amenities fee. Felt like they are very short-staffed. Breakfast service was very slow as well. Location was good for walking to the Quarter or catching the street car Uptown. Otherwise, I would stay elsewhere. "

"We ended up liking this hotel, but there were pros and cons. First, it was affordable, even though it was Jazz Fest weekend. We were able to walk everywhere and there’s a Blue Bikes rack across the street. The pool was awesome. And the bed was comfortable. It’s a huge building, and the rooms are very large. They have marble floors with no rugs, so it’s kind of a cold and sparse feeling in the room. Our window overlooked the side of a building, so that didn’t help the vibe of the room. And, we had to call for things like a hairdryer and toilet paper and it would take a few calls or we would have to go get it ourselves. The woman at the front desk was really nice and so were the doormen. Overall, it wasn’t our favorite hotel but we would stay there again if the price was right."

"The customer service was okay at the front desk. The house cleaning came in on day 2 and put the same sheets back on the bed😑...THEN the parking is not included in your stay, so extra charges were presented upon checkout. Not cool. Won't be returning."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The lady at the front desk was rude and condescending. Also, the place is just weirdly laid out… if you need a queen bed in the living room next to a plastic couch then I guess it would Work. But seriously, our experience at the front desk probably overshadowed everything else."
