This place was really nice. The staff was really kind and the facilities were all clean and accessible. The room was super clean and quiet, and the bunks were so cozy, which hotel-quality blankets and a really comfortable. I liked the private curtain on the beds and the small cubby with a built in outlet to charge your devices. There are lockers both in the rooms and on the first floor, which was nice because even though checkout was at 11am, I was able to stash my luggage until I left town in the afternoon. Multiple private showers on each floor is so nice, too. I would stay here again and again.

The building was magnificent. An enormous ground-floor lobby, a big second-floor kitchen/dining area, and beautifully designed rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. Also, you could charge your phone in many places.

The staff was very nice and the room was very spacious. However, our room was on the Rampart street side, which was very noisy in the middle of the night and for about 2 hours, it sounded like there was a garbage truck idling on the street below. Also very disturbing. I found a pubic hair in my towel as I was starting to towel off. After, I was very paranoid and felt the sheets made me very itchy. I paid $90 for a queen. There are a few hotels that had specials for the same night at or close to that price so next time I'll just book a hotel and not a hostel.

This was our first stay in a hostel so we were a bit nervous, but this place surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect! The hostel was very clean, had extra bathrooms, and felt like a safe building.

The room was sooo clean! I also loved how secure it was. You need a key card to get into the building as well as to the elevator area. And if you arrive before check in or have a later flight in the day they have lockers you can use for your luggage. The staff was super friendly! We will definitely stay again !

I really like the location — it’s excellent and close to everything! There are so many great restaurants in the area. However, my experience was disappointing overall. I paid for a private room, but the bed was very uncomfortable and there was too much noise. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work either, which made things worse. The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all, acting more like a robot with no personality. With such a great location, I expected a much better stay.
