"The staff is outstanding. Everyone was there because of so many cancelled flights. The staff was so friendly and compassionate, handing out extra cookies and waters and bending over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs. "An enjoyable stay for a good price. One thing I like about Extended Stay is that they have a full size refrigerator and microwave which most other hotels do not offer. I can save money by preparing my own meals. I came for the Taylor Swift concert and then stayed more than a week after the concert for sightseeing in the New Orleans area.
