My pets were welcome, pool was closed, there was a bad experience, my room was flooded and all my clothes got wet because suitcase was on the floor, staff moved us to another room but when we asked for them to let us use their dryer it was denied and they did not accomodate for that inconvenience.

We stayed the weekend for an adult softball tournament. Didn't plan on being in the room much so went a little cheaper than normal. For the price I'm not going to complain too much, but definitely could of been cleaner. Convenient location, staff was really friendly and helpful.

It was okay for thr price. Room condition is fair except the smoking smell is very bad even in a non smoking room. Location is close to the airport, so if you only want to spend a brief night before catching your flight, it works.

I liked the staff a lot and the place has a cozy feel. Whenever I had questions everyone was very helpful. There were great rats right by the property and I was able to walk to them.

The house keeping staff was amazing! Our room was very clean and house keeping was prompt every morning with room service. No breakfast was provided at the hotel. Small hot water heater, so no long showers.

Facility: everything worked, though plain to threadworn. Easy access from both Vets and Williams, adequate parking. Save, single entrance through lobby. Moderate noise from aircraft, traffic, city sounds, and guests on balcony. Service good except soap & floor towel removed first night and not replaced. Soap replaced second night. For the price and location, better than I would expect.

Bad bad bad

Only good part was the bed was excellent, but that it. Non smoking room was a smoking room, front door had been kicked in, forget a continental breakfast, walls in bathroom had brownish stains that hopefully were only mold and not something more disgusting. Due to a Taylor Swift concert going on in Nola, everyplace was gouging price wise, Red Roof was no exception.

not friendly staff when checked in firearm was chirping because of batter low and it toke 45 min for the guy to come in after asking again to fix it so didnt have a batter so just toke it down over all I wound Not stay there again

If you're interested in smoking rooms and come to New Orleans like so many people do to do your indiscretions anything you want is most likely readily available they even knock on your room door see if you'll answer oh and as I was taking my last bath water started falling on me along with the ceiling I'm not sure what happened on the second or third floor there's also another pocket staff was very nice management and owners were horrible

Old filthy room

The filthiest room, the bed was rock hard, the closet door wouldn't shut, the tv played sounds but no picture. The lobby smells of sewage, there was trash every where such as old mattresses, broken doors and chairs laying in halls. The bedframe was peeling onto the floor the furniture was old there was aputlet of behind our heads above the mattress. They charged 255 for a room that is probably normally 65 because tsylor swift was in town and all local hotels were sold. The shower water was brown for first minute and the water pressure only worked if you held onto the shower head. Overall awful but the night clerk was a pleasant friendly guy.
