"Mild issues with wi-fi and A/C, but these were resolved very quickly. All staff members assisting us were so amazing, especially Dom!! And Kevin was great too. The restaurant was fresh n did not disappoint. The room and bathroom were luxe and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thank y’all for a lovely stay. Xox 😘"

"Came for the Carousel but it was under construction. Staff was incredibly helpful. I will say I spent 40 on some French fries at room service. Even our finest meals didn’t cost that much. Other than that really nice stay."

"Hotel was cleaned and to our surprise it had a small kitchen and regular kitchen size refrigerator. The bed and pillows were okay as far as comfort. We did not want to pay for valet, so we did street parking during the day and paid $30 for 24hrs in the lot down the street."

"The only thing was something other folks have mentioned—the noise. Frankly it was the music from the hotel itself, and maybe since my room was directly over the lobby? The music at the entrance never stopped and kept me awake all night. Other than that, beautiful place and gorgeous aesthetic."
