We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter.
