"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. "Our stay over the (very) busy weekend for the Spilt Milk festival was excellent. Clean room with sufficient cooking amenities, and we had 2 bathrooms to share across the 4 of us which was great. Parking was included and there was plenty of spaces. Pool (albeit quite cold) was lovely and although we did not utilise the gym it was clean and private from view of the pool. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and for the price, we would absolutely book here again."
