"Excellent room - upgraded to a King size room due to the excellent price. Gave me lots of room for my knee scooter. Room was clean and spacious. Very clean and bed was so comfortable. I slept for hours! Heaters very efficient. Workman woke us up with local road works but this would only be temporary and not related to the hotel at all. "

For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . "View from the room is amazing. The property is pretty new so all the unit and facilities around the hotel is really good. One improvement I suggest is the Duty Manager I spoke to last Saturday, 25 May is quiet hierarchical which makes me feel she is above me and no sense of reality that she is dealing with a guest.
