Both ladies working in front desk were excellent. I did not enjoy the restaurant in the hotel, better options near by. Cleaning room service can improve (stayed 3 nights and did not get any service)

We enjoyed our stay here: The staff were very helpful, rooms and hallway were clean, and roof-top deck was perfect for a quieter rest. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center area, grocery store, and restaurants. The only thing that would have helped us would be to have TV access without having to use our own phone connection. I highly recommend this hotel.
