"The room was clean. The staff was great air-conditioning. Could've used a little bit of work and there was a pretty large gap under our door so we put a towel there but the hotel itself was super nice. We really enjoyed it. We stayed there before we headed out on a cruise."

"This is an excellent location especially for families. “Everything” is within walking distance . Bring a kite for the kids - and walk to the kite launch across the street or take them to the playground which is also down the street, bring the pails and shovels to make sand castles at Los Alamitos Bay Beach, then a gondola ride with a 50 minute guided tour serenaded by a gondolier, want some exercise -rent a kayak to burn some calories, walk to 2nd Street as you stroll through this uniquely beautiful neighborhood for a variety of restaurants then stop at “Candified” for special treats for adults & kids, take a sunset bike ride and wake up before sunrise for a walk along the shore then another stroll to get some coffee and fresh bakeries.We loved this location!"

"Had a great stay! Location was excellent and communication with the property manager was prompt. Didn’t rent a car and the area was very safely walkable overall. Finding an empty parking spot may have been a challenge if I needed to find one, but there are several streets that allow it for free overnight nearby. Hope to visit again sometime!"

"Location, location, location.....right across from the Alamitos Bay for calm water activities and yet 1 block walking from the beach for kiteboarding, surfing. Also walking distance to coffee, restaurants, etc. Ecclectic home with fun Mediterranean decorating features, our favorite being the outdoor shower for washing off after the beach, "hidden compartment" for sleeping, pool table, and expansive rooftop terrace for eating, watching the sunset or the kiteboarders in the distance."
