"Gorgeous, immaculate, luxurious. I’d give this stay more stars if I could. The staff caters to your every whim, the property is spotless, they have a free roaming peacock, cat and 3 highland cows. Idyllic. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Worth the splurge. "

"Room was clean and tidy and the staff very friendly, helping with any query and held our bags safely and securely when we checked out as we had a late flight out of Edinburgh, allowing us to go out for the day without the hassle of carrying around luggage. Perfectly located with shops, malls and transport all within walking distance and great links back to Edinburgh Airport. Options for late check out and additions to the room are also available and reasonably priced for the area. Would recommend. "
"Did not have breakfast. Other meals were first class. Our room was clean and well equipped. A nice view and balcony but could not access balcony for safety reasons.
All staff were fabulous "
"Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful in anticipation of our visit. The house is very well equipped, beds comfortable and spotless, showers lovely and hot. The bus service is minutes away direct to the city and plenty shops/bakeries nearby for provisions. The only mark-down is on the ‘child-friendly’ question which Patrick answers in the description of the property so on your own head be it! The stairs not suitable for stair gates would be the only issue with smallies - otherwise a great spot near the beachfront with the kids. We all enjoyed our stay and the friendly host Roslyn was lovely too. Many thanks! "
