The location was perfect… close to coffee shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the tram and airport transportation. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The amenities in the room were plentiful and clean. Should be rated with higher stars and have more reviews as this was the best place to stay for our week in Edinburgh. Will come back again!

I stayed here for 6 nights. This property has many attractive features. It is a 1 min walk from the Picardy tram stop for the airport tram. It is a short 10 min walk to waverly train station. Also close walk to old town and the royal mile. Good proximity to restaurants and attractions. We walked to Leith but the tram goes right there. I walked everywhere. The apartments have great kitchens and w/d. the location is down a quiet lane so away from busy streets. I was on the side facing a pub but was not bothered by noise. there is no housekeeping which was fine but they also do not provide any cleaning products. There is a sign to hang for rubbish removal but in my experience that was hit and miss. I would stay again.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations and we have already booked to stay again in February. Every single thing you could possibly need was provided in the apartment. So beautifully thought out and the bed was very comfortable with lovely good quality bed linen. Great location for The Playhouse where we went to see a show and two minutes away from lovely bars and restaurants. Nice, helpful staff on reception desk. The apartment had an awesome view of Edinburgh and The Forth. I especially loved that the accommodation was silent, didn’t hear any noise at all, all night. Would highly recommend!
