"The apartment was clean and spacious and well located. There were many small things broken that made it feel a bit run down. For example, broken hinges, the bracket in the shower (it needed to be used hand held), loose outlets, etc. communication with the host was not terrible, but could have been better. I contacted them the day before to ask whether there were any instructions for check in and they responded “no, they would send a code the next day by 4pm”. When 4 pm came and we were outside...
