"The fridge didn’t work when we got there. The host was unresponsive for 24 hours after sending two messages. Our perishable food spoiled and cost us 50. There was no cleaning equipment to clean floors. There was mould on the bedding, the towels were rags and one was filthy. The beds were not at all comfortable and one had a slab of foam on the top of it. The utensils included 2 sharp knives and three spoons. That’s it. There were no glasses just a few mugs. "
