My husband and I were welcomed warmly and made to feel thoroughly at home throughout our entire 3 night stay. We were thrilled with the generous continental breakfast, including lots of fresh fruit and even hard boiled eggs and tomato juice included in the jugs of fruit juices. We were impressed!

Very nicely renovated and exceptionally clean. Good location with easy access from Highway and to North Hobart restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and had lots of lovely touches. The room was huge, and very well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is a standout and I recommend having dinner there. I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues as their are lots of stairs. Parking is available on the street, but we rarely had issue getting a park

The room was comfortable and clean with heating and electric blanket for those cold nights. The room provided everything that you would require for a hotel stay. Continental breakfast provided in the morning to save looking for somewhere to eat if you are the type that needs breakfast. The staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

A 20 min walk to Hobart and Salamanca. Next to a liquor store. Within walking distance or 3 min drive to shops and eateries. Rooms good, clean and staff very nice. The receptionists were also great in giving tips and info.

MORE LIKE AN APARTMENT THAN A HOTEL ROOM. VERY COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE RESTAURANT MEALS WERE EXCELLENT. WOULD GO BACK AGAIN JUST FOR THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE STAIRS - NO LIFT.

Beautiful new / modern hotel. Desk staff were extremely helpful - I arrived early so they held my bags while I explored for the day, and when I came back to officially check in my bags were already in my room waiting for me. Great staff, everyone very accommodating

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island. The cocktail lounge is great and you can enjoy a pint overlooking the harbour. Pillow options in the room were a special treat. Clean and well equiped small kitchen. Comfortable beds in good size bedrooms and large clean bathroom. Off street parking good with an entry and exit at the rear (very handy). Apartment bins emptied daily and fresh towels delivered if required - good service. Free WiFi extremely good - actually worked!

We stayed at the Vibe Hotel for 4 nights.Great hotel with friendly helpful staff.Location is excellent within walking distance of many attractions,shops,restaurants & the tourist information centre.We had room 1305 on the end of floor 13.Excellent view.The room was very clean & spacious with a separate bedroom.There is no onsite parking.Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

We flew down to Hobart for a few days and wanted somewhere where we could walk and enjoy the town. The Customs House Hotel is ideally located next the the water and provides easy access to the Tourist Information Office, ferries, fine dining restaurants, cafes, Salamanca, and Hobart's historic buildings and architecture. Friendly staff, meals are delicious. The rooms are clean and warm, water pressure in shower is great.

In this motel is a beautiful tower. Room was cleaned everyday. We've got air condition and heater as well. Close to city, quite neighbourhood.

We were given an early check in, the room was good except the safe did not work.Exceptional service by the Reception lady Erica who was most helpful and caring. The Motel in Sandy bay was in a great position opposite the water and an easy drive to the city. Would recommend highly.
