Full breakfast included was a bonus. Kevin is a friendly and helpful host. My room was at the front of the property so traffic noise was an issue for me. Very comfortable bed and crisp linens. Easy walk into town from this quirky and historic accommodation

This was a charming home, beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. The house had comfortable beds and two bathrooms, which was really helpful. The host were right next-door and very receptive to any needs that we had. If we come to Hobart again, we’d love to stay there.

Communication is on par. Received up to date information. Had everything needed plus more in the kitchen. Very clean place. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Only had instant coffee which is unfortunate.

Parked in the adjoining car park for $ 9.60 for three hours the machine accepted $ 3.20 for an extra hour to visit the Museum. Booked $57.20 for overstaying the 3 hour time limit. No warning signs that this is the policy of the Hobart City Council. I have never experienced this policy any where else in Tasmania. At no time did we exceed the parking meter time.

Stopped by there for a coffee and fruit bread. The fruit bread was dry and cold when delivered and the coffee was late arriving!!! And it was overpriced
