Collage of photos sent to Reception as requested (dusty surfaces including TV, cobwebs on almost every corner including bedside lamps, insects on shower walls. No photo of the spider that keeps popping out of the bathroom sink). I was told to email them photos when we checked out and will get back to us. No response from Guest Services to date. Check out and Check in was simple. Staff were great. "
