"These instructions were provided but unacceptable for a house of this supposed standard. Unlocking house was challenging, key did not work on the suggested entrance. Hot water service was explained but dangerous. Whilst there a branch fell from Cyprus tree & a neighbor warned more were likely to fall soon. Outside furniture was filthy. Handrail on stairs to lower bedroom would make going to toilet during night a much easier exercise."

BJ was one of the few hosts that let us stay at his beautiful home which was perfectly suited for our occasion. The house on arrival was spotless and had great amenities.Would highly recommend to anyone."

"We loved the location and view from this property. It is an original and reasonably well kept 70s beach house. Does need some attention with maintenance, which we reported to the property management: curtain rod over front door broken and held together with gaffer tape, a curtain rain being held up with tape, curtain hooks coming off and curtains coming off, broken deck chair and clothes horse, games cupboard messy and had used water balloons discarded in it, lino tiles lifting totally from bathroom/laundry. Also, needed thorough clean to clear cobwebs and vintage carpets could do with steam clean .Understand this house is an older property but for the price (especially peak rates) I would expect more attention to detail. There were only two 2-seater couches which isn’t adequate if more than four people are staying. There was no lounge in the games room which had a tv in it. Overall, we did enjoy our time in the property and suited our family really well. Kitchen was well equipped and we liked the charm of the house. Hope the property managers follow through with reviewing and fixing the issues. "
