"All the employees, especially the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. The only negative thing was the smoking room in the lobby allows smoke to fill the laundry room. We used the laundry and our cloths smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better air purifier or ventilation system in the smoking room is needed."

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Koko Ginza and would happily come back. The location is perfect—right in the middle of Ginza, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, modern, and really well laid out. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It was a great place to be based after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The staff were lovely—friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Check‑in was easy, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm and welcoming. All in all, Hotel Koko Ginza is a great choice if you want a stylish, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location. Highly recommend!  "
