"Near shop & air con worked"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful as we arrived late and had to check in after hours. Unfortunately, the room just wasn’t that good. Standing water in the shower and the doors leaked water badly, all over the bathroom floor. The mattress was awful. No support at all; caved in the middle. There was some kind of greasy crap on the top of the bedside table. Thankfully I had some sanitizer with me to clean it. The breakfast was simple but good and plenty to eat."

"I would have LIKED to stay at the Royal. I'd made a booking but ran late getting there. No text message. No email. And no keys or anything in the late arrivals box when I got there. You can imagine how great that felt arriving in a dark carpark, with everything closed, and nowhere to stay. I was lucky to not end up sleeping in the back of my car, but had to suck up paying for a room at another hotel (also closed by the time I got there, but at least there was a bell I could ring). Late check in process at this place definitely needs work. Imo, don't book here if you're expecting to arrive late. "

"The road up the mountain was exciting. There were 11 adults (3 generations in our group). We all walked up the hill to the recreation area and used the pool, tennis court and ping pong table. The house provided plenty of space in the kitchen/dining room for us to enjoy our Mexican evening and pool comp.All 11 of us agreed the accommodation, views and amenities are 5 star and perfect for a fun weekend. "Room was neat and tidy, we were located in a quite area which was perfect, the addition of the Spa was awesome, rear entry to the room made bring bags in so much easier. The atmosphere in the room created a very relaxing environment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. "
