"Reviews are personal and based on my experience but I absolutely love this place and I will likely always choose it as my place to stay in Cape Town moving forward. Apartment was clean and had everything I needed - fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery - enough to live for a week without having to rely on eating out. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean and well stocked. Car parking is easy and security is very good and reassuring. Staff are friendly, attentive and professional. A block walk to the sea front and easy access to all areas. I just find it a great stay and find myself feeling very relaxed and comfortable there - a home away. Difficult to fault anything on my last stay with them"

"Cape Town gave me so many beautiful memories, and my stay at the Manchester Boutique Hotel was one of them. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family. The front desk, bellman, waiters and waitresses, everyone was so warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to celebrate me throughout my stay, especially for my birthday. Beyond the hospitality, I loved the hotel itself, the beautiful boutique design, pool, the restaurant (THE WAFFLES were my favorite for breakfast), spa, and the location is very close to the Sea Point Promenade. Being able to step outside and run along the ocean with those mountain views during the sunrise was everything. If you're planning a Cape Town trip and looking for an awesome hotel, definitely save this one"

"This was my second stay at Bantry Aparthotel. It was actually an extension to my first booking which I did as a separate booking which I was pleased to see did not cause any problems and I was able to retain my same room. All the staff there were helpful and friendly. My room was one of the Penthouse suites so I have a nice little kitchen and a big full size bathroom. There are views with balcony from both the living room and the bedroom and there is a nice roof patio area to the rear. Ocean views are magnificent. The suite was quiet, comfortable, well equipped. Some areas show a little age / wear but nothing I'd find an issue. Its a good, solid, honest aparthotel in a fantastic location. Parking is fine for smaller cars but may be rather tight if you turn up in a Range Rover or something. You can safely walk around the area - the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are all near. Ideal stay to explore the area from."

"We found the location to be so convenient, just a few minutes walk to the ocean. A lot of great food and coffee nearby. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the set up/amenities of our studio apartment. The only issue we had was that we were put in the wrong type of room we had booked upon our arrival. However, when we brought this to the reception desk, they were so quick to resolve the issue & accommodate us to a different room the very next day. The staff were very kind and helpful and made the room transition incredibly smooth! My one suggestion is that at least 1-2 bottles of drinking water be put in each room at the beginning of the stay. We were so tired after our traveling day and did not want to walk or uber at night just to find bottled water. Even a vending machine located in the building would be so convenient! Otherwise we would happily stay here again, we had a wonderful experience!"

"We stayed at Sea Point location for a few days and the front desk and staff were very accommodating. Initially, there was an issue with the breakfast buffet which was supposed to be included; however, management was able to resolve it with the third-party booking party. I really appreciated the concierge at Protea Sea Point. Asa and Aqeela were very efficient and worked well with our group of 5. The Airport Shuttle was a fee, but the service was excellent...I would definitely use this hotel again!"
