"Very clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay."

"The Peninsula team were very helpful in every respect, and the amenity of their free shuttle to take us everywhere we needed to go was fantastic! The location is just perfect and we look forward to a future stay. "

"Loved staying at this hostel. Very centrally located and the staff (Doniel , Brownyn and Arthur) were terrific and very helpful. Would definitely stay here during my next visit to Cape Town."

"Loved my stay, absolutely lovely people, room was great, breakfast was great, service was great and the location was great. Everything was within walking distance and loads of bars, restaurants and cool tourist spots to go nearby. Also got some great advice from the owner on stuff to do around the peninsula. 10/10 would stay again."

"Great location, very close to stores and restaurants, beach and hop on and off bus stop.
Hotel was under construction but wasn’t too bad. Rooms were renovated but some things not done well, like knob of closet coming off.
Staff was great, shout out to Thunder, George grace and Lisa. "
"The hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. Every single person who works here is friendly. The food is delicious and the rooms are beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Very friendly welcome from all the staff. Was particularly impressed when hotel msnager arranged for a huge muffin and some biscuits on realising that it was my birthday."
"We stayed at this property for five nights while visiting Cape Town. The room was nice. It had doors that separated the sleeping area from the living area. The doors had little stops behind them to prevent them from opening all the way. I am not sure why that was. I think the stop should be moved so that they’re all the way against the wall and the doors can open completely. I banged my foot one night while getting out of bed to go to the bathroom because the door is about 30% open. Otherwise, the room was very good. It was very quiet.
The hotel has two restaurants. Both were very good. Service was also very good. The area is very convenient with many restaurants located nearby. Also, a grocery store is right next-door.
The hotel is located near one of the hop on hop off bus stops. We use that bus the first day we were there. Normally, I find those buses to be inconsistent. However, the operation was well run in Cape Town. The buses came on time and provided a really good overview of the Cape Town area. Also, you can use the bus to go to Table Mountain if you schedule it right."
