"Room was not the cleanest. Came back one afternoon and the housekeeping trash bag was in the room. Good location. Nice pool and sauna."

"The 10 bed female pod room was very clean. The beds were nice and they had a usb c plug and a usb plug. The staff was also very kind and super helpful. Its location was super convenient and nice, and the little restaurant in the lobby was great too!"

"I was put in an ADA unit that shower was crazy weird and leaked all over the floor because it’s not enclosed and my toilet area was wet for an entire day. The videos to learn how to do the appliances great touch. My neighbor with a dog had dog poo all over the patio never went out and kept drapes closed because of it."

"Great place for a weekend away for a couple. Lucy and other staff members were very welcoming and accommodating. Lift was very slow but other than that the lobby and building were great. "

"Beautiful views, excellent food and really lovely staff. After checking in, I ordered food from the restaurant staff. The gentleman who took my order (his name may have been Nigel, his hair was in a ponytail), was so pleasant and his smile was genuine, something that in turn made me smile, not easy after a 30 hour working day. The room was also lovely with views towards Edinburgh and I hadn’t booked anything fancy. In the morning, the buffet breakfast was great with lots of fresh food being brought out by some more lovely staff. I’ve never left a review before so I hope it means something to someone reading this. If I have to stay in Edinburgh again, I’ll be hoping I can get a room here."

"I booked a double bed en-suite room. I was initially offered a room with a separate external bathroom, then a small room with an en-suite when I questioned why it is different from my booking. This room was subpar, noisy and uncomfortable beds. Shower was limp. Door to toilet did not close and was hanging by a thread for want of a better expression. In summary, it’s a NO. "
