Only spent a night here. Very friendly staff but the hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Our room was non smoking and it was fine but as soon as you entered the hallway you could smell it and it was strong. Didn’t look at the local area as we arrived late at night and left first thing

Relatively short walk from Brooklyn cruise terminal and we were able to store our luggage as it was too early to access our room. Russian girl on check-in was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with nice decor. Breakfast room was quite small and crowded but good to be able to have something before heading out for the day. The neighbourhood is a bit scruffy but felt safe and about a 20 minute walk to a subway station for easy access to Manhattan. Good value for money compared to...

Great location. This hotel is right at Park Slopes and so easy walk to some restaurants etc. We loved the area. Subway R is super convenient. We walked to Manhattan a lot, which took just over an hour.
Staff were good.
A lot of the amenities advertised do not actually exist. The hotel information at booking says they have an arrangement with a local gym at a discount. This doesn’t exist. Hotel Information also says there is laundry services on site - also not accurate. There is a laundromat...
