Staff is friendly, the ice machine was not working, our room didn’t have a working freezer. Room would get supposedly clean but under bed was trash from previous occupants. I would not stay here again in my next visit to NY

Room was clean, bed comfy, shower very good with the added bonus of a tub. Yards away from subway so great for getting around. Staff at front desk and housecleaning were very friendly. Water is provided daily but no tea/coffee in room which would have been nice to come back to. VIP perks of free beverage is non existent. No view. Good hotel for getting around the city but I have stayed in better

Pool deck was filthy. Literal blood drops and clumps of hair all over it. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, but couldn't bring myself to take my shoes off! Good place to stay overnight if you are taking a flight next day but its quiet expensive. This hampton is a little dowgraded from the usual hampton inn . The bathroom felt like a motel bathroom. The breakfast was good and the front staff is helpful.
