"We recently stayed at PUBLIC Hotel in New York and overall really enjoyed the hotel itself. The property has a very cool, modern atmosphere, and we especially loved the bars, rooftop, and lounge areas. The hotel has a great vibe and is definitely a fun place to stay in the city."

"The beds are comfortable and nice crispy clean bed sheets. I like that the a/c is already on and the room is cool. What could be better is the bathroom toilet being upgraded to a high pedestal toilet and not so close to the bathroom door. It was very hard to get inside the bathroom. I did love the strong pressure water flow from the shower head. Please upgrade the toilets, they sit much too low and hurts my knees."

"Overall, we had a very good experience at Chelsea Savoy Hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was basic but okay, with items like bagels, muffins, coffee, and tea. The location was definitely one of the best parts—very convenient, with easy access to subway stations, stores, markets, restaurants, and many popular places around the city. The only minor issue was that the air-conditioning system was a little louder than normal, but it wasn’t a major problem. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and convenience."

"We had a great stay, the staff are lovely and so helpful. Location is good, and well connected. We had the basic room and it was small, but fine for two of us for 3 days. We would recommend!"
