The pool area is small and the pool water is cloudy.. Despite the high prices (Restaurants, Hotels..) the area is dirty and lot of vacant businesses.

The property was clean and cozy. Many restaurants around the hotel. Only 5 min to the beach. But it was very noisy because of a construction at the next building. Roof top pool was much smaller than we thought. We had to ask for housekeeping if we want.

The hotel is nice and in a great location however they are doing work on another building right next door. We got a room with a balcony and there was dust from the work on everything. The noise was crazy - but that was during the day so if you were out, it would be no big deal. Staff is super friendly and this hotel is walking distance to all the good restaurants I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Presidente Hotel was great.The staff was nice and our room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good and plenty. I would recommend a coffee machine in the room and a microwave. But I would go back to this hotel again.

Would never stay there again. Very expensive for what we got. Air conditioner didn't work even after they sent someone to the room to fix it. Very hot there. They didn't give us what we needed for the parking lot and we spent a lot of wasted time trying to straighten it out, even with the help of the parking lot attendant. It took till the next day to fix. The staff said they would take care of things and then did nothing. Room was very stark with Ikea type furniture. Nice tv though. No one to help with the luggage when we checked in and out. Only one chair in the room and it wobbled. Shower leaked out of the doors. Lots of construction going on around the hotel so that's what our views were. the welcome drink was a nice touch and breakfast was typical of mid level hotel buffet food.

The property is very old and in need of updating. The bathroom had a pedestal sink not counterspace at all. The rooms floor was laminate and was delaminating on the edges, in need of replacement. The Wall mural was probably nice when it was new but now it is discolored and peeling at the seams. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was basic and good other than the very greasy bacon. The Front desk was accommodating. Luckily it was not too hot out because the AC was not working well, it kept shutting off after 15 minutes. This is a 2-1/2 star hotel.

It has a great location and decent price. The bedroom was a reasonable size and the bathroom was spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice, but we wished we could have had a bar available.

The front desk gentleman did the best job to accommodate my son and I. We got off our cruise ship at 8 am and arrived at the hotel by 9. I knew our check in was at 3 but he took our bags and gave us access to the pool in the mean time and offered us the food at the breakfast buffet. Then he called me at 1 pm, two hours before check in, to let me know my room was ready! I’m definitely staying here again. Everything was fantastic. Thanks again!

Building with rooms was worn down and smelled strongly of ceaning products and perfume, but the room was very clean, renovated, and comfortable. Breakfast was included (resort fee) and very good. Location is amazing. I would definitely recommend it to friends :)

There’s too much construction around the hotel. Some unsafe flooring as you exist elevator. Pool is actually at sister hotel and closes at 5:30pm

We had a great mini-vaca at The President Villa! The location is close to perfect - close to the beach, Espanol Way, Lincoln Ave., etc. The staff was very friendly! The room was simply decorated and very clean. The continental breakfast did not offer a great variety, but the food was very good! Our only issue, truly, was with some frustration involving the elevator to the higher floors and pool deck. The card keys (not just ours, but other guests’ as well) didn’t consistently work and we had to get a few card re-issues. We would definitely stay here again! :):)

I liked the property had a pool and was close to the beach, but whatvi didnt enjoy was all the pot smoking on the porch of the property. I also was dissatisfied with the difficulty to enter the property at night, the desk, i had to call to get a code to enter and the night guy was little help.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s very easy walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Having breakfast included is great but they have very few choices of foods. The bacon is basically just shy of raw meat. The only fruit available is an apple or an orange. They advertise having parking but they do not have parking on site. There’s a parking garage you have to walk 5 blocks to get to. The elevator is very slow and you cannot take the stairs unless there’s an emergency. We had 3 rooms for our group. Some rooms were cleaner than others.

Great stay for the price
Overall comfortable and clean stay. The hotel and its surroundings seemed a bit dated but well kept. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. A very quick walk to the beach and close by many south beach attractions.
