Close to Southern Cross/Etihad that's about it.
Fortunately, we did not have to spend much time in our room as it was untidy and cramped. Upon arriving at the apartment we were told that the Swimming pool was out of order and that the TV in our room was broken and there was no password to the wifi. The toilet, shower and kitchen were filthy and there wasn't even a cup in sight to use for a glass of water. The best thing about this apartment was leaving.

The biggest issue was checking in! There is a front desk in the building - but you need a key card to get there. We waited until someone came out of the building so that we could get to the desk. Unfortunately the people on the desk knew nothing about any bookings - so instead we had to ring Hong Kong to get a local mobile number (which took some time due to language issues) and were then able to connect to the girl who took us to the apartment.
We told the young lady that it would be helpful to have her mobile number listed at the front desk.
The apartment was neat and clean - but there was no TV.
I would not stay there again and would never recommend it. We flew down from Sydney - but for people coming in from overseas this would add significant stress.
