Reception wasn’t really a reception. Had cleaning stuff everywhere and was just a table and a couch with laundry and service consumables everywhere. Otherwise the apartments were great except when two out of three lifts didn’t work.

The bedding was a let down as they only had one very thin blanket and no doona. The mattress was also uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty and the apartment stunk. The shower needed a really good scrub also.

Carpet was dirty in the bedrooms. Bin cupboard didn’t shut so couldn’t use cause of the heat and would of smelt. Second bedroom had the ensuite which was weird.

The views were great but the property wasn’t that clean, carpet was dirty, small bathrooms and lounge and the balcony had spider webs and one of the chair in the dining area was worn of.

Excellent location comfortable apartment
clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Pay extra for a carpark this is convenient. apartment within the free tram zone, the tram stops just outside of the apartment, really handy. Beautiful environment plus few facilities inside the apartment such as swimming pool and gym

The hosts were friendly and obliging. We arrived early and were able to get early access to our apartment. The main issue was lack of cleanliness. The dishes had been put in the cupboard dirty and there were stains on the sheets. The location however is great with a tram stop at the door. Overall once we addressed the issues we had a great stay for the week

One Bedroom had no air con and no TV and the other bedroom had no remote: Also the cutlery and the dishes and cups were dirty! WE had to wash them ourselves: We had room 710N: Thanks

THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PRPERTY DONT HAVE A CLUE. THEY LIED ABOUT THE PARKING. THERE WERE BASIC AMENITIES PROMISED ON WOTIF NOT AVAILABLE SUCH AS JUG,COFFEE MAKER POTS AND PANS. THE PLACE WAS ALSO DIRTY I SUGGEST YOU DONT STAY HERE

Great location and views. Minor improvements would be having a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable, providing face washers and more than 1 towel each. Apartment was clean.

Great location, walkable to the office and the in room facilities and hotel amenities were very good. The room was pretty light though, and there was a considerable amount of noise from outside which affected sleep quality.

I booked the 3 bedroom penthouse. As soon as we arrived we had issues with the owner to check in. He wanted a credit card with the same name of the booking, unfortunately I did not carry it and have my card on my phone. They made a big deal to use my sisters card and eventually allowed it after arguing. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this has never been an issue. The apartment was beautiful and cannot take anything away from that. The balcony is huge but a shame there’s a rule you can’t smoke even though it’s so big. They had someone working on the balcony and said they would be gone by 2pm, he was there until nearly 4pm. The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived, we left it cleaner than when we came. We got noise complaints at 8pm and the rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear anyone just talking from the lifts.Wasn’t a pleasant experience, as beautiful as the penthouse was I’m sure I can find another apartment similar with less issues.

Thank you for your feedback Brittany.Let me point out a few things, the booking was under your name so we have to use your own credit card for the bond for the security reasons, it is a simple procedure but we still allowed you to use someone's else card as a good gesture from Orange Stay. We apologise for the balcony tile work as they had to do the work properly due to the leakage downstairs and we couldn't rush them with their work. We mentioned this to you on arrival as well and we also allowed you to check in earlier than our normal check in time.In terms of the noise complains, we received a call from the security guard on the first night of your stay, he mentioned that he warned you guys twice about the music and noise complains. This is why we had to call you personally from our end that night to make it stop. No apartments got a soundproof walls especially in a residential building but no matter how solid the wall is, if your music or noise is loud then of course, everyone will hear it.Kind regards,Orange Stay

The broken outdoor furniture outdoors was broken - take it away! As well as being unsafe it looked like the propery managers didnt care at all by leaving it there. Carpet was in appalling condition and definitely needs replacing.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. You could feel every spring. Also they couldn't look after our bags after 12pm so had to find somewhere else to look after them for the day as we weren't leaving until that night. Apartment was ok other than that. Needed an upgrade as some of the cupboard doors weren't closing properly. Would also be good to have instructions for the washer and dishwasher.

My family loved the apartment, especially the river views and the pool. The room was clean and well supplied for our stay. The car parking was reasonably priced and accessible. The only thing that was a slight downside was that our mattress was a bit hard for our liking.
