Great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and catching up with friends was easy with the central location of the accommodation. the accommodation met our needs perfectly. Clean and comfortable.
I was on assignment for work and needed a location in CBD. Here is what I loved! The building was meticulous and everyone was friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to really live there and make meals. As for the location it is by a tram stop and easily walk to the river for a meal or shopping. So many delicious restaurants in the area. Charlotte was wonderful and answered any question I had so quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.
The property was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a nice layout, other than the desk being in a corner (I go to Melbourne for work, so desk set-up is important). The property manager was extremely responsive, and the instructions to get into the unit were perfect (pictures included!).
The only 2 drawbacks for me for the visit, was I was there for over a week, and there is only one set of linens, and so I felt like I was constantly having to do laundry (FYI, if you are American, its a "European" set-up on the linens - no wash cloths). I also cook a lot, and the kitchen utensils were barely adequate, with even having to put some back together.
It was a great neighborhood, and the building was quiet, other than at 7am when there was always something going on in the alley at that time. Heating/air conditioning were not great, so definitely bring layers for winter (which I don't mind).
Amazing central location, and the property was super well decked out with furniture, appliances and utensils. Very clean and up-kept, would definitely recommend :)
Nice apartment in a great location across from a tram stop and near the station. A good base for our stay in Melbourne.

Pleasant. Opportunities for improvement :Only two towels for 5 day visit. Three upper lights out. One window cover missing. Misunderstood instructions regarding keys, with no mention of a fob for building entry. Constant flashing light on. oven. Cabinet coverings not secured well.
Overall good area and clean space.
A great apartment to access the trams from in all directions or just as easy to walk everywhere if preferred.
The host Charlotte was great to deal with and prompt with replies to messages.
As previously mentioned in other reviews the apartment would benefit from a little updating but it was clean and warm and had everything you could want in it.
We would stay again.
Great location in the heart of the city , close to major attractions. Apartment does need a bit of TLC in regards to blinds . Apartment did smell of cigarette smoke when first arrived but after airing it was all good .

Terrific location for single / couple. Easy access to CBD and transport. Quite spacious. Fittings are getting a bit tired but all serviceable. Serves its purpose well. Would stay again
Apartment was in a great location, short walk to Southern Cross Station and to shops etc. Had a problem with the tv not working but after communicating this to the property manager, it was replaced the next morning.
The apartment has everything you need, with the high ceilings making the space feel bigger. The Collins St location puts shops, restaurants and public transport at your fingertips. Charlotte was easy to contact and happy to help. I would definitely stay again.
Such a great apartment to stay in if you're going to Melbourne for a holiday! Away from some of the craziness but still felt close to anything we needed. Small issue getting the keys but Charlotte was quick to respond and sort it out. The apartment itself was perfect to come back too, had everything we needed and felt right at home. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!
