The lady on reception was very helpful, as were the other staff we encountered, making sure we were okay. Studio apartment wheelchair access suited us perfectly. Bed, bedding towels all good. The only downside was the overall cleanliness. I needed to wash the cutlery, crockery, etc before using, remnants of food, greasy feeling. The kitchenette and shower areas, need a good clean, shower area especially around the base, in the corners and skirtings. Despite this, we stay there again.

The property is very close to the centre of Box Hill and public transport links. The property is starting to look tired internally and could well do with a good deep clean and freshen up. The car park security gate wasn't working when we stayed and it had to be opened manually.
