"Up to date clean"

"Great room and facilities, King bed. Excellent bar (very reasonable prices) and bistro. No highway noise, parking outside the room was perfect. Only complaint were the 20 or so motorbikes who showed complete disrespect for the other guests when leaving by running their bikes for an unnecessary time. Maybe ban that group from staying again??"

"Staff were really helpful on check-in. Room/bedding/towels etc all immaculately clean. Had a great nights sleep, comfortable bed and nice and quiet motel. Convenient spot, easy to park etc and less than 5 minutes from large choice of restaurants, supermarkets etc "

"Loved every bit of this place. To begin with, we were welcomed by the famous Alpacas! The receptionist was really friendly. Room was clean and well equipped, the view from room was extravagant. Our friends, the Roos, the horses, the alpacas and some bunny paid visit in the backyard which we greatly enjoyed. Hot tub is a great size. Bed was comfy. Everything you could ask for in a peaceful escape from city. "

"Great motel. Although a bit dated, the bed was super comfy, very clean and a great shower. Good off street parking. "

"Great food. Dinner of bangers and mash was outstanding and my scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast was amazing. Coffee was excellent. "

"We were looking forward to our stay however there was a town water outage so there was no water. We were unable to stay and returned home. We have requested a REFUND from EXPEDIA and LITHGOW MOTOR INN of our payment but have heard nothing from either."
