"We had a bit of confusion over the 3rd bedroom. It’s really only 2 bedrooms and a futon in a 3rd room. The addition of a featherbed helped some. The pool situation was a bit awkward because it is adjacent to the main house but the weather wasn’t very good so we didn’t mind. It was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful."

"I had just moved to boulder and needed a place to stay long term till i found a house. The hosts were amazing, the place is well appointed and beautifully done, you have access to a work area in another cottage and space in the garage for your car, you have your own driveway and private walk to the cottage. The property is amazing and real close to trails near mt sanitas and wonderland lake or you can stroll down 4th to pearl and enjoy the shops and things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there...
